2 Cor. 3 relates that Moses had to cover His face because of the fading glory of the Lord reflected there as he descended Mount Sinai. Yet as a part of the New Covenant in Christ, the Spirit is continually revealing the Lord's glory to us. It is amazing to me that we reflect a glory that doesn't fade and yet we are to walk with unveiled faces. Often, pride has led me to reach for the veil rather than allow the Lord's glory to shine through me. Lord, may I walk with an unveiled face.
